I attached a video from when we installed a Prodigy P3, part # 90195, in a 2015 Chrysler Town and County. Your P2, part # 90885, is the same process and it'll be the same on your 2016 as well. In the video we also use the # ETBC7 kit for the wiring.
You could have gotten our # ETBC7 kit which includes the 7-way adapter and all the wiring, connectors, and breakers you need but since you already have the Hopkins # HM47180 you can add our # 5506 kit for the rest of the parts. This will make... view full answer...
You will not need any additional hardware as the existing bolts on your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country will be long enough in order to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13364.
I have added a link to a video showing an install of this hitch on a '15 Town and Country for you to check out as well.
If you plan on towing you will also need a trailer wiring harness, and the harness that fits your Chrysler is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector... view full answer...
Converters are required when a vehicle has what is called a 3-wire or separate lighting system. These systems will have turn signal circuits that are separate from the brake light circuits.
Trailers use a 2-wire or combined system meaning the brake lights and turn signals are on the same circuit.
A converter is needed to take the separate signals from the vehicle and combine them so that the trailer lights operating on a combined system will work properly. Wires and fuses connected directly... view full answer...
I think the easiest way for me to explain how a Curt Stabilizer Strap part # 18050 would install and be used would be to direct you to a demonstration video we have for this product. Check it out, basically you attach the strap to the cargo carrier or bike rack and then run it to the lip of the hatch or trunk and it helps brace the load when going over bumps. view full answer...
The battery charging method that you described would not overcharge the battery of your trailer at all. Actually, at most it will put a very light maintenance charge on the battery to keep it topped off, but would not recharge the battery if it was fully discharged. view full answer...
While it is certainly a good idea to carry a second spare tire on your trailer we do not recommend mounting two of the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carriers # FSTC1000301 back to back. Apart from the need for some stronger (and unknown) grade of hardware, which you note, there is the concern that the torsional forces applied to the trailer frame from both tire carriers will be concentrated in one spot. We do not recommend this, but instead suggest that you mount the two tire carriers independently... view full answer...
Chances are you were sagging a little below stock before you installed the AirLift # AL60814. I reached out to my contact at Air Lift and they agreed that you have nothing to worry about. view full answer...
The Curt T-Connector you referenced, part # C56333 receives the signals through its T-connection with the tail light assemblies of your Town and Country, but draws the actual voltage to power the trailer lamps directly from the battery.
This is done for a few reasons. First and foremost, if the aftermarket trailer wiring harness manufacturers determine that the OE vehicle wiring is incapable of handling the extra amperage of the trailer lights being drawn through it, they will specify... view full answer...
I have added a cut out of the linked installation instructions showing the torque specs for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13389. Additionally, I have added a link to an installation video of this hitch on a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country which will walk you through the process. view full answer...
The black 12 volt lead on Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole Vehicle End Trailer Connector, # 30717, attaches directly to the battery on your 2003 Chrysler Town and Country.
You will have to attach the black wire to a length of additional wire, like 10 Gauge Blue Primary Wire - per foot, # 10-1-1, under your vehicle and run that wire to the battery through a 40 amp circuit breaker, # PK54540. view full answer...
Yes, the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack with the Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRVA126B-2 and the SX Series Leg Kit, # RRSX100, will carry ladders on your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country assuming they do not exceed the weight capacity of your roof. This roof rack has a weight capacity of 165 lbs, but you should check your owners manual to verify the weight capacity of your roof before you load any cargo. You should not exceed the lowest rated weight capacity between your vehicles roof and the roof rack.

For the etrailer hitch # e98854 that fits your 2009 Chrysler Town and Country the instructions state that fascia trimming is most likely needed for the Town and Country models like you have.
The Draw Tite # 75579 that fits your vehicle does not have any trimming listed so it may be your best option. view full answer...
The CIPA Stick-On, Wide-Angle Viewing Lens - Flexible - Medium - 8" x 10", # CM60100, will work on the inside or the outside of your 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Van. It is cling application, so there is no mess installing or removing this lens. I recommend installing it on the inside if you are leaving it installed to protect it from dirt, debris, and your rear window wiper. view full answer...
I attached an install video that shows a Derale Transmission Cooler part # D13501 being installed in a similar van as your 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. You would not need to cut any transmission lines to install this cooler. You would basically just use the lines that the vehicle currently uses for the factory cooler and route the fluid from that cooler to the Derale. view full answer...
I have attached a snapshot from one of our help articles which will explain/illustrate the connections needed to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller, # 90195, in your 2010 Chrysler Town and Country.
In addition to the controller you will also need a 20-Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker, # 9506P, Butt Connectors, # DW05745-5, Quick Splice Wire Connector, # SWC501915-1, and enough wire, # 10-2-1, to reach from the brake controller, through the firewall, and to the vehicle... view full answer...
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75579 will fit all models of the 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. There should be no bumper fascia trimming required. The only trimming mentioned in the instructions, linked to the right, is possibly on a mudflap. I have also included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
If you plan on doing some towing then I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4EL. it comes with the proper extra long ball mount, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin... view full answer...
The answer to your question will depend on the manufacturer of the existing controller and the proportional controller you're planning on using. For instance, if you're speaking of a controller manufactured by Tekonsha, like the Tekonsha # 39523 PowerTrac, and you were switching to a Prodigy P2, part # 90885, you could indeed use the same connector.
If your existing controller doesn't have a connector, you can simply sever the four wires connecting the controller, and then wire in the... view full answer...
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75579 will fit all models of the 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. There should be no bumper fascia trimming required. The only trimming mentioned in the instructions, linked to the right, is possibly on a mudflap. I have also included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
The Curt Hitch part # 13364 that you referenced would most likely require you to trim the fascia so I would not recommend it for you.

I think the Draw-Tite Hitch part # 36455 would be your better option. There is not fascia trimming required with this hitch being installed on your 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and if you were to carry a bike rack on the hitch you would not be required to use a stabilizer strap like the Curt hitch # 13364 requires.
I attached a link to an install video and instructions for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The best way to determine which transmission line is the high-pressure or supply line and which is the return line is to start the motor cold. Place the transmission in drive for 10 seconds and return it to park. Turn off the motor and feel both transmission lines where they exit the radiator. The cooler of the two lines will be your return line, the warmer line is your supply line.
I have included a diagram of a typical transmission cooler installation.
